I was watching the Avatar season 3 fiale trailer in slow motin and saw that for a slight secon Ktara seemed to enjoy Aang kissing her before suddenly pulling back. This made me feel sad and angered me that I didn't see it sooner. It would appear that Kataang was "hiding in plain view".....

On a happier note, Even if Zutara doesn't happen I'm still going to post my theories and fanfictions because Zutara's for life not just for Christmas....So I have a few theories that I would like to sahre with you guys....

Number 1

I think that the Zutara hug (Yes I am still calling it that!!!) will come about due to one of two possible reasons:

1. Comfort hug: It appears that Zuko and Katara have been separated from the rest of the group in the trailer (like thats anything to go by....man I've become cynical.....) Anyway... Katara could be telling Zuko how much she is worried about Aang and the rest of the gang and( just because he that great a guy) Zuko comforts her. Katara is so overwhelmed with feeling of gratitude that someone for once is able to set her troubles at ease (hint hint) that she gives him (an extremely passionate from the looks of things) hug. If this were to happen I think that it would come probably mid part of Sozins Comet pt 1….a bit late I know but I heard that The Southern Raiders is going to be bout Hakoda telling Sokka and Katara about how their mother died and if you look at the next episode, Ember Island players, Katara and Zuko still seem to have that cute GF-BF banter going on…..

2. This idea completely contradicts my first theory. For some reason, Zuko and Katara begin to talk about their mothers (probably through talking about what happened in COD) and once Katara realises that someone has gone through a similar type of pain to hers their relationship strengthens and “their bond is renewed”. It is through each other that they find comfort hence the hug. Whether or not this will happen in the Southern Raiders, I’m not too sure but for some reason I think this talk will be very similar the girlfriend talk Sokka had with Zuko.

I’m probably wrong about the whole hug not being in the Southern Raiders but I think it would be too early. If you look at it from a writer’s point of view, hey would want to hold the suspense about which ship is going to cannon until as late as possible. (This makes absolutley no difference NOW!!!)

Number 2

All jokes aside, I really think that Zutara still has a chance of happening!!! After reading journal I believe that there still is a slight chance of this whole spoiler thing being a trick. I know its naive of me to do so but hear me out. Bryke have always said that there is an equal chance of Zutara happening and to end it like this just seems sooooo out of character!! It confuses me!!!

Like Katara, we must never give up hope.....because hope is all we have....and we must never relinquish it...even till our dying breath!!!!
